Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data submitted through the ENG Logistics quote and contact forms is processed.

When you submit a form, we use the data to assess your transport request, prepare a quotation and contact you about that request.

2. Data processed

We may process your name, company, email, telephone, origin and destination, vehicle, volume and cargo details. Date, time, IP and technical access records may be retained for a limited period to protect the form.

3. Collection, purposes and legal basis

Data is collected automatically through the electronic form. It is processed to respond to your request, assess pricing and operational suitability, take pre-contractual steps and protect information security on the legal bases available under applicable Turkish data protection law.

4. Recipients and retention

Data may be shared for these purposes with hosting and email providers, authorised carriers and operations partners where the request requires it, and legally authorised public bodies. It is retained for the period required by the request and legal obligations, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

5. Your rights and requests

You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, including access, correction and deletion or destruction. Include enough information to verify your identity and request, and use the contact channels above.

6. Security and updates

Form data is transmitted over HTTPS. Technical and organisational measures are used to reduce unauthorised access. If the processing changes, this notice will be updated before new data is collected.
